"Healing Ourselves, Healing the World; Delving Deeper through the Chakras"

What does "Healing the World" look like? Can I imagine a healed self? This is the Charter for Compassion's 2023 invitation and exploration. To ourselves, and to you, dear, blessed human. In the film, "Mission: Joy - Finding Happiness in Troubled Times," his Holiness, The Dalai Lama says, "Well-being is a skill." Wow. I wonder, globally, in what ways have we been taught to be well? In what ways have we learned to be well?

The Religion, Interfaith, and Spirituality on Earth (RISE) sector will celebrate World Interfaith Harmony Week by exploring the concepts of healing and well-being through the energetic and subtle energy bodies of the human anatomy. Seven days, seven chakras! Perfect.

Delving deeper into the healing potential of humanity means gratefully, and gracefully putting aside what we already know to be true, to discover what else is possible. Might we trust ourselves enough - to place our experiences thus far - in an imaginary reference book on a shelf, so that we may open our minds and hearts to the vast limitlessness of the potential of vibrational medicine throughout the cosmos? What else is possible beyond our limited understanding of the subtle energy bodies? Delving deeper into the chakras opens us up to these possibilities.

Please join us in curiosity as we explore the seven chakras during World Interfaith Harmony Week, February 1- 7, 2023, at 9 am PST daily.

Each day will explore a specific chakra beginning at the Root and RISE'ing to the Crown, and will be presented from the diverse spiritual traditions, of our individual RISE sector members.
